When Computerworld (the Norwegian edition) announced that they were doing a special edition on Collaboration, and also a CIO seminar on Collaboration with SharePoint and Lync we started talking to Ahlert Hysing of IDG Norway, who also covered Arctic SharePoint Challenge.

Ahlert wanted to engage us in a discussion on what we, as a small player in the SharePoint collaboration space, could do to improve the collaboration experience for business users, and also how we see the current situation for recruiting and talent management in our community.

He appeared suddenly on our door, and was literally barbequeing us on every possible aspect of our mission, our apps and our value propositions.

This was our first experience in being pinned to the wall by a seasoned journalist who has been covering Collaboration longer than our CTO has known how to walk. After having spent the better part of the day trying to answer difficult questions, we were left slightly exhausted, and also pretty curious on how our message had come across.

Fortunately we found that the published article reflects our mission and opinions very well, and we hope that this can help us engage even more with both the technical and business communities working to improve their collaboration tools, and help employees and businesses to have more fun at work, while getting more efficient.

At the time of writing this, the article was not published on Computerworlds web edition at computerworld.no, but as soon as something appears this search should get you there.
