What makes a great Business Analyst? How about international experience, business insight, strong formal experience and excellent research abilities? We found it all in Elsa Naumann.

A native of Asker, Norway, Elsa already has extensive international experience. While in high school, she spent a year as an exchange student in Brazil, where she learnt fluent Portuguese.

Later Elsa completed a Master of Science degree in Marine Biology at the University of Essex, England, where she focused on coral species in extreme environments.

After graduating, Elsa spent three years working for Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, where she managed environmental projects and was involved in several internal communication projects.

An important part of her role at WWL was to help build engagement and support for various business strategies, and develop e-learning programmes, workshops and global campaign strategies.

In April, she brought all this experience to her new role at Puzzlepart.

“At Puzzlepart I really get to mix my experience in Project Management with more creative tasks. I enjoy the challenge of creating engagement around projects and strategies, so being able to engage with customers through SharePoint projects is really exciting,” says Elsa.

Elsa will be a vital part of our Business Analysis team. Her role will be to participate in projects to ensure business objectives are understood and implemented. This involves research and analysis, wireframing and concept development for SharePoint sites.

Warm welcomes to Elsa! We are proud to have her on our team.
