Andreas Eide

CEO

Andreas has more than 17 years of experience in software development, software consultancy, and product development.

Andreas founded the Norwegian .NET User Group (NNUG) and has co-authored three Microsoft technology related books on Wrox Press. He was Microsoft Regional Directory (RD) for Norway from 2000 to 2005 and was awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award (MVP) for ASP.NET. Additionally he is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Microsoft Certified Solution Developer. Andreas has also figured as a speaker at numerous seminars and conferences.

Before taking lead position in Puzzlepart, Andreas was Director of Network Products at TANDBERG, and before that he established the .NET department at Objectware.

Mads Nissen

CTO

Mads has experience from most roles involved in software development. As a certified ScrumMaster he has been responsible for management of 25 developers at 10 concurrent projects.

At the core Mads is a Microsoft platform technology expert with more than 10 years of experience in this field.

In 2005 Mads was awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Award (MVP) for his community efforts for SharePoint.

With experience from delivering projects like large-scale integration, portals, publishing, Mads has gained experience within domains such as banking, shipping, legal, media, industrial, public sector, technology and telecom.

Kjell-Sverre Jerijærvi

Solution Architect

Kjell-Sverre has more than 17 years of experience with systems development, architecture and design of software solutions.

He has worked on projects for leading Norwegian companies in telecom, shipping, banking and insurance, utilizing the Microsoft platform and development tools across several Microsoft Server products and technologies from SharePoint to WCF.

Kjell-Sverre knows Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) and Scrum very well, after practicing these methodologies in projects usually as an architect and lead developer.

Øystein Garshol

Solution Architect

Øystein has been working with enterprise solutions built on Microsoft technology for more than a decade, and has in-depth experience with the Microsoft platform.

Øystein has worked with SharePoint since the 2003 version, and has also architected complex BPM solutions with service-oriented integration, and with extensive collaboration features.

His technology understanding, combined with management experience of large development teams, Øystein is a valuable resource for succeeding with delivering value with the Microsoft Platform.

Art Director

Christian is the award winning visual and creative alibi of the Puzzlepart team, with more than 8 years of experience in graphic design, motion-, and 3D, concept development and marketing.

Christian delivers the unique user experience in the Puzzlepart solutions, combining Web 2.0 concepts with by-the-book design knowledge and an understanding of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft platform technologies.

Sachintana Dissanayake

Software Engineer

Sachintana has been focused on .NET technologies, SharePoint server and Microsoft SQL server over six years in his career of software development. Janaka Jeewantha

Carl Joakim Damsleth

Software Engineer

Carl Joakim has worked with Microsoft SharePoint since 2007, contributing on numerous projects in fields such as public sector municipalities, the Royal Family of Norway, governmental agencies, legal, retail, petroleum and construction.

He has worked in agile and Scrum based projects and as a SharePoint development engineer, SharePoint architect and UI designer.

His specialties lie in the fields of user experience and branding in a portal environment, XML and CSS, as well as the SharePoint object model and architecture. Carl Joakim is a Science in Information Systems graduate from the Norwegian School of Information Technology, with a specialization in ERP and CRM systems.

Mikael Svenson

Mikael has worked in the software industry since 1996, and has held various roles over the years such as CTO, Project Manager, Senior Advisor, Systems Architect and Scrum Master.

Using .NET since its inception in 2000, Mikael has developed everything from a search engine to enterprise integration solutions.

Ole Kristian Mørch-Storstein

Senior Consultant

With a Masters degree in Computer Science from NTNU specializing in Program and Information Systems, Ole Kristian possesses a solid technical background which he combines with a passion for quality development and practices, be it in product development or working with a client.

Gissur Simonarson

Senior Consultant

Gissur has 14 years of web development experience, working for global companies in the US, Iceland and Norway.

Gissur has worked with most major CMS, getting to know all sides of the web development process from the ground up. His passion lies in working with Web Standards, Accessibilty, HTML5/CSS3/Javascript, UI/UX, Social Media Marketing, and SEO. Gissur also has extensive server administration experience, running Linux with Apache server on his personal computer from the age of 13.
